Food Products
Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on food items for health and safety reasons. However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or in unsatisfactory condition, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we’ll make it right.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please get in touch with us at jason@doghousedeli.co.nz with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- A photo of the product
We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
