Ordering

How do I place an order?
Simply browse our range of natural dog treats, add your favourites to your cart, and proceed to checkout. It’s that easy!

Can I change or cancel my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes. We’ll do our best to help, but we can’t guarantee changes once an order has been dispatched.

Products

Are your treats suitable for all dogs?
Our treats are made from 100% natural New Zealand ingredients with no artificial additives. However, if your dog has specific dietary requirements or allergies, please check the product ingredients or consult your vet.

What does “packaging-free” mean?
On selected products, you can choose to receive your order without packaging to save money and reduce waste. These orders are final sale.

Shipping

How long will my order take to arrive?
Delivery times vary depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Do you ship nationwide?
Yes, we ship across New Zealand!

Returns

What if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 7 days with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we’ll sort it out for you.
