No, we only sell preservative free products, so our treats and raw food are 100% natural.

Your pet does not need preservatives, salt, sugars, grains or fillers in their food.

The only reasons these are added is for prolonged shelf life and make more profit by adding cheap fillers.

We advise you to start looking at ingredients in your pet food and research on Google the ingredients and the health problems they can cause.

We deliver our frozen raw -

By courier next day service to North Island ( excluding rural )

We also do our local home delivery-

Levin to Wellington ( Tuesdays )

Levin- Palmerston North ( Thursdays )

We do not ship our frozen products to rural or South Island, only the dried treats at the moment.

To pay for your items, click on the cart logo at the top right of the screen and select 'checkout'. You can pay using Stripe with a credit or debit card, or use PayPal, which allows payment via a PayPal account or credit/debit card without needing a PayPal account. Both Stripe and PayPal are secure transaction companies. Additionally, we now offer Afterpay as a payment option.

No, meat or offal that is unfit for human consumption is not fit for our dog treats and raw food.

We only use quality human grade products, all locally sourced and made by us, here in Levin, New Zealand.

Doghouse Deli Ltd is registered with the MPI and we only source our products from MPI registered companies.

We do not use meat from home kill as this can have higher hormone levels, medication, disease or tumors, so our meat is from animals that have been vetted for meat processing only.

Dried treats-Keep them in a dark cool place to prolong quality.

Raw Food- This is packed frozen, should be kept frozen until using. Your raw food may be slightly defrosted when delivered by overnight courier, it is safe to refreeze for your dog/ cat.

We aim to get your order to you as quick as possible, your order is ready to be picked up by our courier the next day. We use NZ Couriers to send across New Zealand.

Please give up to 5 business days for delivery.

All parcels are tracked and you will have a tracking number for your order.

Raw parcels are sent on next day delivery to non rural on the North Island only.
